- Since the lenses are personalized to your prescription, and you are using frames that you provided, there are no refunds.
- However, if you feel the lenses are defective, notify us within 30 days and we will re-lens them, providing shipping both ways.
- CANCELLATION- Once we receive your frames and begin the lens process, we cannot cancel your order. You can cancel the order for a full refund if you have not yet sent us your frames.
